 August 30 Elementary school principal Ernest Singleton and reading specialist Elda Vaello, along with District Librarian Melba Salas, donned hard hats as they toured the new elementary school construction site. Construction is well underway and progress is clearly visible inspite of the frequent rains over the summer. Once complete it will house grades PreK through sixth. The current timeframe has students and staff moving in around the middle of march 2008.
