Arrow Velocity & Ballistics

The chart shows an arrow traveling 270 fps (feet per second) compared to the speed of projectiles of other hunting systems. The hand-drawn arrow is a low-velocity, high-trajectory, short-range system.
An arrow traveling 270 fps = 184 mph.
A bullet traveling 2,700 fps = 1,840 mph.
