However one defines "the Spirit of Christmas", it was in evidence on this December afternoon. Coach Benavides arranged to have her Spanish class visit with the residents of the two adult care facilities in San Diego. They were on a mission to spread some Christmas cheer amongst some of our more seasoned citizens. The visits were a mixed bag of emotions for the group, but without a doubt, they proved to be a very moving and positive experience for all.
