Lady Eagles Softball
By: Ana Longoria
On
Friday, February 19, 2010, the Lady Eagles Softball team hosted
their first home scrimmage against the Bruni Badgers. The Lady
Eagles won. They learned from their mistakes. Last night,
Hebbronville and San Diego's JV teams visited our field and both
left with a loss. It's the Lady Eagles first year with a
softball program, but we're certain they'll have an amazing and
great year. Monday the team traveled to La Villa for their first
district softball game of the season and in Benavides Sports
History. Coaches are Celso M. Oliveira and Sylvia Rodriguez.

that she can’t really choose a memorable moment because her high
school years have all been memorable to her, and till the end of the
year she will be adding many memories. When asked who inspired her
the most she said that in many ways her aunt and uncle have been an
inspiration. They inspire her to do well in school and to achieve
many goals. They are her support, her alarm clock, and her personal
sunshine. After high school Krystal plans to find a job where she
hopes to help people.

hobbies are fishing, drawing and hunting. His favorite subjects are

Senior Trip to Florida” or “When I got a 21 on my ACT”. Danielle and
Ana inspired Jose the most because they’re crazy, and awesome. Jose
plans to attend to Texas A&M University in Kingsville after high
