To submit a public information request:

Submit your request in writing (letter, email, fax, etc.) and indicate specific records being requested.

The request does not have to:

1.cite a law or mention the Texas Public Information Act;

2.be addressed to a specific individual;

3.by typed; or

4.indicate the reason for the request.
